What makes an advertisement
I believe a good advertisement can put the viewer in the situation the ad depicts. They can feel it's for them specifically. It also should be simple and get the message across in one glance. It can't try and relay to much information otherwise the person viewing the ad may get distracted and not know entirely what its about. The use of images I believe are better than words. It needs to be pleasing to the eye. Too many colors and words could overwhelm the viewer. The advertisement should also show the context in which the product being sold can be used. All in all, I believe simplicity is key to any good advertisement.
